Longer Bio:

I began my career working as a research analyst in Astrophysics. During my tenure at NASA, Ames Research Center, I worked in a global effort to construct SOFIA, an airborne infrared astronomy observatory aboard a Boeing 747 aircraft. I have also worked at the National Radio Astronomy Observatory studying the Cosmic Microwave Background and, funded by the National Science Foundation, at the National Astronomy and Ionosphere Center studying star formation in extra-galactic molecular clouds.

I spent more than five years working on Wall Street bridging the world of quants and sales to implement quantitative methods for trading strategies and portfolio analysis. I worked first at Goldman Sachs in Equity Prime Brokerage and, later, at JP Morgan on the Foreign Exchange, Rates and Commodities sales desk. I also completed a summer internship at Brevan Howard US Asset Management.

In 2011 I left Wall Street and joined the Cue Group: a small, management consulting company, think-tank, insight laboratory, and hub of cultural anthropologists. I served as the Director of Analytics and focused on data strategies and analytics.

Today I work with data in many forms.
